5 Talents BPO provides HR recruitment services exclusively to Right at Home franchise owners. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to handling your information responsibly and in compliance with applicable law, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).

  • The Joshua Projects (doing business as 5 Talents BPO) is a Texas-based business process outsourcing company that connects franchises and small businesses with pre-vetted offshore staffing professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights—including how we communicate with you by text message (SMS).

  • We collect only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry or manage your engagement with us:

    • Contact information: name, business name, email address, and phone number.

    • Business information you share: staffing needs, job descriptions, or operational details.

    • Communication records: emails, calls, and texts exchanged with our team.

    We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial account numbers, government IDs, or health information. We do not sell your personal information.

  • We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver our services, and communicate with you about your engagement. We may share information with service providers who assist our operations, each bound by confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

  • Who receives messages? We send SMS messages only to individuals who have submitted an inquiry through our website contact form or who have an existing business relationship with us.

    Consent.  By providing your mobile phone number on our contact form or in the course of our business relationship, you consent to receive SMS messages related to that inquiry or engagement. Consent is not required as a condition of receiving our services.

      • Scheduling, onboarding, and operational updates.

    Frequency.  Message frequency varies based on the nature of your engagement. You will receive messages only as needed for operational purposes.

    Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also opt out by emailing legal@5talentsbpo.com. We will confirm your opt-out by text.

    No sharing of mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. End users can opt out of receiving further messages by replying STOP or request more information by replying HELP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
